Hello everyone!

We hit a milestone: version 2.0 of iTC Calc has been submitted to Apple for review.

A lot of new features, a really cool new interface and much, much more is coming soon for free for all our users.

We will update our website and our facebook page on a daily basis with new informations about this version.

We can’t be more exciting to put in your hands this amazing new version.

Good news everyone!

The free version of Basar Vehalav 1.20 has been approved by Apple and is available on the AppStore.

This update provide the same heavy requested feature as its paid version: custom waiting time. Now all of our users who don’t wait 1, 3 or 6 hours can finally enjoy Basar Vehalav like everybody else for free.

But that’s not all, now Basar Vehalav Free is available worldwide!

So don’t waste any more time and grab it a.s.a.p.!

FCP X is a reality

That’s it! The cat is finally out of the bag and Apple presented for the first time the new Final Cut Pro at NAB’11 SuperMeet.

As we could have anticipated, the editing software is a full rewriting of FCP as we know it for 10 years: new 64 bits engine, all-new iMovie-look alike interface, an incredible price of $299, AppStore only and so on...

The details about it are rather scarce but with FCP X close to release, we surely get more and more information about it.

So what _do_ we know? Here’s a small feature check list:
• 64 bit
• Edit 4K footage natively (without conversion)
• Edit H264 footage (DSLR) natively (without conversion)
• Face recognitionAll new color management process (ColorSync)
• Auto-image stabilization on import
• Automatic rolling shutter fix (huge for DSLR footage)
• Automatic rendering - in the background
• Advanced audio editing tools, effects and transitionsAdd keywords to clip timecodes, searchable within your content database
• Transitions will stay joined to your clips when you move them around
• Content analysis and automatic grouping of similar shots
• Automatic audio syncing with multiple tracks
• Automatic color matching between clips
• Magnetic Timeline
• The traditional clip “Viewer” has been replaced with a new skimming feature
• Advanced slow-motion editing and re-timing

That means we have a lot of questions unanswered:
• will classic plugins will work?
• what about text and captions?
• what about animations and effects?

Apple already told to The Loop to “stay tuned” for other FCP apps. So it’s a re-run of the waiting games again... They also provided them some screenshots.
